Please read through the terms and conditions:
                 Revision Policy:
-          Through the statement that we have "unlimited revisions", this means that you can specify as many revisions as you wish within one email request. Once you have chosen a logo and outlined a set of changes you would like to make to that logo, we will then go through and make your revisions to this logo within 30 days. You can specify as many changes to this logo as you like, in order to specify exactly what your requirements are.
-          There is a 30 day revision policy, this means that your revision request must be sent through within the time frame of 30 days, any revisions requested after the 30 day timeframe will be charged.
 
        Quality Assurance:
 
-          Our designers follow your guideline set in your order form to ensure you are provided with a logo that you are satisfied with and one that brings value to your business.
 
        Shipment Policy:
 
-          Delivery of the design will be sent to you via email. We try our best to get you the first set of logo designs within 48 working hours.
 
      Cards:
 
-          The Platinum Package includes business cards, following the completion of logo design is the process of designing business cards. 
-          The business cards can be ordered for up to 5 names that is; with the same design but details of 5 different staff members.
-          If for any reason you choose to apply different backs charges will apply.
-          You are required to confirm final size of your card before the design is applied.
 
       Privacy Policy:
 
-          All personal information is kept confidential, we do not exchange any information
-          Once you have confirmed the design, it is not used again however it may be displayed as a sample on our site.
-          If we don’t hear from you within 30 days at any stage of any project design all work will be canceled and new fees will be applied if you choose to commence it again.
-          It is a breach to this contract if you attempt to seek repayment through your credit card provider without contacting us first.
-          under circumstances that this occurs it is mandatory that you provide the sum of the following
* The sum charged to us by merchant service provider ($50 at 1st January 2009)
*The sum based on time spent at $100 per hour in dealing with your breach
-          By agreeing with these terms and conditions you agree that this provisions is reasonable you also agree that by not meeting these terms and conditions you are committing a breach.
